Individual sessions

I offer individual sessions where we identify your key challenges, through embodied dreamwork. Followed by experiential interventions to engage and reflect those themes and to eventually find an embodied practice which sustainably builds your resilience against burn-out in.

Sessions are either online or in person in the region of Brussels (Belgium) on location of the client.

Harald’s presence is steady and compassionate, playful and well educated. In one of our dreamscape movements both a beginning and an ending to a childhood dream became clear. This was so healing to me as I had only accessed a short piece of this dream, originally a nightmare, that I had been transforming, learning and courting for years.


Group workshops

In my (online) workshops participants are progressively guided through playful and embodied interventions which help release stress, energize, improve social interaction and stimulate creativity. These are specialised workshops for two professional audiences:

  • Work-from-home
  • Healthcare (nurses, doctors, caretakers, …)
